거룩하고 자비로우신 하나님 아버지,

오늘 아침, 세상의 소란함을 뒤로하고

오직 주님의 임재 앞에 머물게 하시니 감사합니다.

 

인생의 짙은 안개 속에서 방황하던 저희를 부르셔서,

"너는 내 사랑하는 자녀라" 말씀하시며

영원한 생명의 길로 인도해 주시니 그 은혜가 참으로 크고 놀랍습니다.

 

사랑의 주님, 우리는 때때로 우리가 누구인지

잊고 살 때가 많았습니다.

 

세상의 지위나 소유에 마음을 빼앗겨

하나님의 자녀라는 존귀한 신분을 잊고,

고아와 같이 외로워하며 염려했던 저희의 연약함을

용서하여 주시옵소서.

 

이 시간 성령께서 우리 마음을 만지사,

우리를 의롭다 하신 분이 하나님이시며,

아무도 우리를 고발하거나

정죄할 수 없다는 복음의 확신을

회복하게 하옵소서.

 

우리를 넉넉히 이기게 하시는 하나님,

"자기 아들을 아끼지 아니하시고

우리 모든 사람을 위하여 내주신 이가

어찌 그 아들과 함께 모든 것을 우리에게 주시지 아니하겠느냐"

하신 약속을 믿습니다.

우리 삶에 환난이나 곤고나

박해나 위험이 닥쳐올지라도,

우리를 사랑하시는 이로 말미암아

우리가 넉넉히 이길 수 있음을 선포합니다.

 

하나님! 하나님의 지친 자녀들에게

치유와 회복의 은혜를 부어 주실 줄 믿습니다.

길을 잃은 자들에게는 선한 목자가 되셔서

가장 안전한 길로 인도하여 주실 줄 믿습니다.

구하는 자에게 가장 좋은 것을 주시는

기도 응답의 특권을 누리게 하실 줄 믿습니다.

 

소망의 하나님,

우리가 이 땅에 잠시 머무는 나그네임을 기억하게 하시고,

장차 우리에게 나타날 영광과 비교할 수 없는

부활의 소망을 품게 하옵소서.

팥죽 한 그릇에 장자의 명분을 팔았던 에서와 같이

어리석은 자가 되지 않게 하시고,

하나님 나라의 상속자로서

그 거룩한 직분을 끝까지 지켜내게 하옵소서.

 

어떤 피조물이라도 우리를 주 그리스도 예수 안에 있는

하나님의 사랑에서 끊을 수 없음을 확신하며

세상 속으로 담대히 나아가게 하옵소서.

 

우리를 사랑하사 끝까지 붙드시는

우리 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로

간절히 기도드립니다. 아멘.

Holy and Merciful Father,

Thank You for this morning.

Thank You for allowing me to leave

the noise of the world behind

and simply rest in

Your holy presence.

 

Lord, Your grace is truly amazing.

You called us out of the thick mist of life,

where we were wandering and lost.

You spoke to our hearts, saying,

"You are My beloved child,“

and led us onto the path of eternal life.

 

Lord of Love, please forgive us.

So often, we forget who we truly are.

We let our hearts be stolen

by worldly status and possessions,

forgetting our noble identity

as Your children.

Forgive our weakness

for living in worry and loneliness,

like orphans.

Holy Spirit,

touch our hearts right now.

Restore in us

the assurance of the Gospel

—that it is You, God,

who justifies us,

and that no one can

accuse or condemn us.

 

God, You make us

more than conquerors.

We hold onto Your promise:

"He who did not spare

His own Son,

but gave Him up for us all

—how will He not also,

along with Him,

graciously give us all things?“

Even when hardships,

trials, or dangers come our way,

we boldly declare that we are more than

conquerors through Him who loved us.

 

Father, we cry out to You!

We believe You will

pour out grace for healing

and restoration upon

Your weary children.

We believe You will be

the Good Shepherd to the lost,

leading them to the safest paths.

We believe the discouraged

will experience the privilege

of answered prayer,

knowing that You give

the very best to those who ask.

 

God of Hope,

Remind us that

we are only sojourners

passing through this earth.

Let us fix our eyes on the

hope of the resurrection

—a glory so great that

our current struggles cannot

even be compared to it.

Let us not be foolish like Esau,

who traded his birthright

for a single bowl of stew.

Instead, help us hold fast to

our sacred calling as heirs of Your Kingdom.

We step out into the world

with boldness today.

We are confident that nothing

in all creation can ever separate us

from the love of God

that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

In the name of Jesus Christ,

who loves us and holds us fast until the end,

we pray. Amen.
